It works fine until I close the database and restart it. I was using =[LAST] + ", " + [FIRST] in my control and still no matter the combinations I had no avail to resolve the issue. All the fields are set to TEXT value. Control Source Access DM is correct. My problem did not exist with my unbound text box source controls.

There are several other users on this database and their forms work fine.
